What day will my pool be serviced?
Service is on the same day each week, assigned based on your area. You'll always know when to expect us.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Most customers provide gate access so we can service the pool whether you're home or not. You'll receive a digital report after each visit.
What chemicals do you use?
We use professional-grade chlorine, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, and cyanuric acid. All chemicals are included in your service plan.
What if my pool turns green?
Green pools happen, especially after monsoon season. We'll get your pool back to clear — usually within one service cycle. If it requires extra treatment, we'll let you know before any additional charges.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
