Who We're Looking For
Splash Mob is a growing pool service company in the Phoenix metro area. We hire people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing quality work. Pool experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
Our technicians are the face of the company. You'll manage your own route, build relationships with homeowners, and be trusted to maintain pools at a high standard. We don't micromanage — we hire competent people and give them the tools and training to succeed.
