SMS Communication Policy
SMS Terms
This policy describes how Splashmob Pools LLC, doing business as Splash Mob Pools ("we" or "us"), uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers, job applicants, and people who inquire about selling their pool business.
Consent
To opt in through our website, enter your phone number, select the unchecked, optional SMS-consent checkbox below the Phone field, and submit the form. The checkbox describes the messages you agree to receive and links to our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Consent is specific to Splash Mob Pools and the purpose stated on the form. It is not a condition of purchase, service, applying for or being considered for employment, submitting a business inquiry, or selling your business. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit the form. These checkboxes do not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.
Customer Messages
If you opt in on a quote form, messages may include:
- Quote responses and follow-up about your pool service inquiry
- Service scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Service completion notifications and reports
- Account-related communications (billing, plan changes)
- Equipment repair updates and scheduling
- Emergency or urgent service notifications
- Feedback and review requests related to your experience with us
Applicant and Business Seller Messages
The separate checkbox on our Careers form covers your application, interview scheduling, and hiring updates. The separate checkbox on our Sell Your Pool Business form covers your sale inquiry, meeting scheduling, and acquisition discussions. Opting in to one purpose does not enroll you in the other programs.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, service activity, application, or business sale discussions. You may receive additional messages when scheduling or other details change.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from us
- Calling us at (602) 726-1402
- Emailing us at info@splashmobpools.com
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS communications, though you may still receive service-critical communications via other channels (email, phone call).
Opting Back In
If you previously opted out and wish to resume SMS communications, text START to the number from which you received our messages, or contact us directly.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Splash Mob Pools does not charge for SMS communications, but your carrier may.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or consent information.
Any other information-sharing categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. These records are not shared with third parties for their own use. Providers that process this information on our behalf may use it only to support our communications, such as delivering messages, maintaining consent records, or providing customer support, and not for their own marketing. Disclosures required by law remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

Supported Carriers
Availability depends on your mobile carrier and coverage. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
