SMS Communication Policy

This policy describes how Splashmob Pools LLC ("Company," "we," "us") uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers.

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to text communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from Splash Mob Pools related to:

Service scheduling and appointment confirmations
Service completion notifications and reports
Account-related communications (billing, plan changes)
Equipment repair updates and scheduling
Emergency or urgent service notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service plan and communication preferences. Typical message frequency is 1–4 messages per week during active service. You may receive additional messages related to scheduling changes, repair updates, or account communications.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

Replying STOP to any text message from us
Calling us at (602) 726-1402
Emailing us at info@splashmobpools.com

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS communications, though you may still receive service-critical communications via other channels (email, phone call).

Opting Back In

If you previously opted out and wish to resume SMS communications, text START to the number from which you received our messages, or contact us directly.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Splash Mob Pools does not charge for SMS communications, but your carrier may.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS communications are treated as confidential. We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

Supported Carriers

SMS communications are supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.
