Neighborhood Quote Privacy

This notice describes how Splashmob Pools LLC, doing business as Splash Mob Pools, uses information on our neighborhood quote pages.

Your quote request

When you submit a request, we receive your name, phone number, pool address, optional email address, and associated neighborhood and mailing details. The form sends this information to us by email through Resend. We use it to respond to your inquiry, confirm service availability, and prepare your quote.

Submitting this form does not sign you up for marketing texts. The optional, unchecked SMS checkbox lets you choose customer texts about quotes, scheduling, service and repair updates, your account, and feedback or review requests. We record your choice and the consent disclosure with your request. Entering your phone number alone does not authorize texts. See our Privacy Policy, including its mobile-information and SMS-consent protections, and our SMS Terms.

Address suggestions from Google Maps

When address suggestions are available, text you type in the address field is sent from your browser to Google Maps to find matching addresses. If you choose a suggestion, Google supplies an address for you to review and edit. Google’s processing of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here for this feature.

You do not have to choose a suggestion to submit a request. You can finish typing your full address, including city and ZIP code, and manual entry remains available if suggestions cannot load. Typing while suggestions are enabled can still send address text to Google.

Security and campaign measurement

Cloudflare hosts these pages and provides Turnstile security checks. These services process browser and request information to help protect the site and prevent automated submissions.

We use a mailing identifier and timestamp in your browser’s local storage to recognize a return visit to the same neighborhood page for up to 30 days. This saved entry contains no contact details. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

On our production website, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and CallRail helps connect phone inquiries to marketing sources. These services may use cookies or browser storage and process visit, device, and browser information. The quote-success and phone-link events created for these pages include mailing and neighborhood identifiers; they do not include the contact fields you enter in the form.

Questions about your information
